More than twice as long "in the air" as our short trial flight, we show you how to its done and in suitable weather conditions you get to fly our aircraft over Mt Macedon and down to Hanging Rock and then through our flight training area over the vineyards of Lancefield and Romsey. An average of 45 min is spent "flying" (engine start to engine stop).

Recommended minimum age 15 years, and the minimum medical condition is one that would enable you to drive a motor vehicle safely. Please allow time at the airfield to enable us to brief you on the safety procedures, check the aircraft, and arrange for the new pilot to be comfortably seated in the aircraft. Please consider flight certificates like cash, anyone can use them and they can not be replaced if lost.
If you wish to complete a full pilot certificate course the RAAus and CASA requires a minumum of 20 hours of flight training be completed. We recommend however that you allow a minimum of 30 hours of flight training to get up to a safe standard. How long it will actually take is up to you based on your natural skill level and your ability to absorb new information.
We offer both full and part time flight training courses. We fly 7 days per week. We can also arrange low cost accomodation located near to the airfield.

Come fly with us at our close to the city country airfield. All training is completed at our airfield, unlike other schools there is no need to fly to another airfied to completed your take-off and landing practice. The Pilot certificate test is also completed at our flying school - no need to go somewhere else at the end of the course to qualify as a pilot. We fly late model and new aircraft, no 40 year old clunkers at AirSports!
